Sometimes the best marketing is word of mouth. We believe that is especially true about our source one products. We know that nothing is going to match the selling power of an enthusiastic customer passing his or her good experience onto friends or acquaintances. Bright packaging can attract the eye, a boisterous commercial can be hypnotic, but nothing is as convincing or as sustaining as a heartfelt recommendation.
We are part of a community that is especially vocal about their experiences—a community that shares so much because it cares so much. We recently received an e-mail from Candy, in San Diego, who uses immune one to help her Chihuahua with his dysfunctional adrenal glands. Candy mentioned our good friend Paula Fitzpatrick, who took the time to lend a sympathetic ear when Candy needed it, and to share her knowledge and experience; “I will always be grateful for the knowledge that [Paula] passed on to me. The reason that word of mouth marketing will beat out paid advertising every time is that personal recommendations are honest and reliable. Instead of offering you the empty words of someone who is “not a vet—but I play one on TV!” we give you the sincere opinions and experiences of real vets, real shopkeepers, and real pet owners.
And so we say to that network of animal lovers and caretakers out there: Keep up the good work, and keep on talking!
